Direct Specialty Care — Washington & California

You’ve been told your labs are normal.
You still don’t feel like yourself.

Specialized thyroid, hormone, and metabolic care for complex conditions — delivered by telehealth across Washington and California.

The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. Weight that won’t move no matter what you do. Brain fog, anxiety, a drive that quietly disappeared. You’ve seen provider after provider, and you’ve started to wonder whether anyone is actually going to look closer. We do.

What Makes This Different

You don’t need another promise. You need someone who takes the time to understand how your body is actually behaving — and who works with you toward a clearer path forward.

Most people arrive a little guarded — and honestly, that makes sense. When you’ve been dismissed enough times, hope starts to feel risky.

So that’s where we start. Not with a script, and not with the assumption that your symptoms are in your head. We listen to the full picture — including the parts that are hard to say out loud — and then we go looking, carefully and methodically, for the patterns your body has been trying to show.

Our Approach

How We Work With You

Every patient’s story is different, but our approach stays the same. Here is how we work with you.

1

We actually listen

We start by hearing your full story — not just your labs, but your symptoms, your history, what you have tried, and what has not worked. No rushing. No dismissing.

2

We dig deeper

Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, sleep problems, mood changes — these do not happen in isolation. We look at the full picture: thyroid, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and how they all connect.

3

We explain what we find

You will understand your results, what they mean, and why we are recommending what we recommend. No guessing. No confusion.

4

We start with what matters most

We do not try to fix everything at once. We figure out what is driving your symptoms the most and address that first.

5

We adjust based on how you respond

Your body is not a textbook. If something is not working, we change course. If something is working, we build on it.

6

We use real evidence

No trends. No fads. Everything we recommend is grounded in medical evidence — whether it is medication, lifestyle changes, or both.

7

We think long term

The goal is not just to feel better next week. It is to help you feel like yourself again and stay that way.

This is not about quick fixes. It is a careful, structured process designed to help you understand your body, make informed decisions, and support lasting health over time.

The Part You Don’t See

The visits are the smallest part of your care.

Most of the work happens when you are not in the room. Between your appointments, your case does not get set aside — it stays open, and it stays worked on.

Re-reading your full panel against your history, looking for the patterns that only show up over time
Tracking how each marker is trending and deciding the next move before your next visit
Researching your specific case — the unusual result, the interaction, the thing that doesn’t quite fit
Adjusting your protocol as your labs shift, so the plan keeps pace with your body
Answering your questions between appointments, so you’re never left waiting and wondering
Keeping the timing and sequence on track, so each step happens when it should

This is what your program fee actually pays for. Not a longer list of services — a physician whose attention does not stop when the call ends.

We test for answers, not for show.

We order what the evidence rigorously supports — nothing for the sake of ordering it. If you want additional functional testing and choose to pursue it, we will accommodate that. But we will not recommend tests that aren’t backed by solid science. Your investment goes toward what actually moves your care forward.

The Program

One program, billed month to month.

The program is designed as a comprehensive year of care, with a steady, predictable rhythm: your in-depth intake to begin, then a follow-up every quarter — three visits through your first six months, four across the full year — and all the work that happens between them.

The Optimization Program
$500 to begin Your 90-minute in-depth intake
$175 / month Ongoing care for as long as you’re with us
About $2,600 over a full year of care.
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Your next monthly payment after that notice is your final one, and your care continues through that paid month — then billing simply stops. No long-term contract.
Follow-up visits are scheduled as your care needs them, and require your account to be current.
Your fee covers your care. Anything ordered for you — lab work, specialty or functional testing, medications, and supplements — is billed separately. Standard labs can usually run through your own insurance.

Already Optimized in Our Care?

Once your program is complete and your levels are stable, lighter care keeps you steady.

Maintenance Program

$99 / month · 3 visits a year

Once your optimization program is complete and your levels are stable, you transition here. We see you three times a year to confirm you’re holding steady, review your labs, and adjust as life shifts — with the same attention between visits.

Why ongoing visits are required: Continued prescribing — especially for medications like testosterone and other regulated therapies — depends on regular monitoring. These visits keep your treatment safe and your prescriptions active. We cannot continue refills, including controlled substances, without them, as required by medical and prescribing regulations.

Reserved for patients who have completed the optimization phase and demonstrated clinical stability. Eligibility is determined by Dr. Liqaa, not by patient request.
What your program fee covers. Your clinical care is included: your specialist visits, your clinical assessment and treatment plan, and all the ongoing work between visits. We don’t bill insurance for your visits — that’s what lets us give you our full time and attention. Anything ordered for you — lab work, specialty or functional testing (such as food-sensitivity or gut-health testing), medications, and supplements — is billed separately and is not included. We keep these separate on purpose: standard labs can usually run through your own insurance instead of a markup from us, and if you’re uninsured we’ll help you access discounted cash-pay panels. Your program is not health insurance — please keep separate coverage for emergencies and primary care.
Notice for established patients Patients who were already receiving care on a per-visit (fee-for-service) basis before our care program launched may continue at the provider’s standard rate of $500 per hour, billed in proportion to the length of each visit — for example, $375 for 45 minutes, $250 for 30 minutes, or $125 for 15 minutes. This arrangement applies only to existing fee-for-service patients. It is not available to new patients, who begin through the care program described above.
