Direct Specialty Care — Washington & California

You’ve been told your labs are normal.
You still don’t feel like yourself.

The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. Weight that won’t move no matter what you do. Brain fog, anxiety, a drive that quietly disappeared. You’ve seen provider after provider, and you’ve started to wonder whether anyone is actually going to look closer. We do.

Start With a Conversation
What We Understand

If you’re here, you’ve probably been carrying this for years.

Most people arrive a little guarded — and honestly, that makes sense. When you’ve been dismissed enough times, hope starts to feel risky. You don’t need another promise. You need someone who takes the time to understand how your body is actually behaving, and who proves the difference rather than just claiming it.

So that’s where we start. Not with a script, and not with the assumption that your symptoms are in your head. We start by listening to the full picture — including the parts that are hard to say out loud — and then we go looking, carefully, for what others have missed.

Real recovery takes about a year — and we’ll be honest with you about why.

This isn’t a single visit and a prescription. Understanding where you are in your hormonal stage of life, then bringing things into the best balance your body can hold, takes time. In perimenopause there is no perfect equilibrium to chase; in the years after menopause we work toward steadiness, knowing life will keep shifting it. Learning how your body responds — what it accepts, what it resists, how it changes — is a year of attentive, adjusting work. We’d rather tell you that plainly than sell you a quick fix that doesn’t exist.

As we study your case, we also teach you your own body — so you understand what we’re doing and why, and you become a real partner in your care.

By the end of your first year, you won’t just feel better — you’ll understand yourself well enough to advocate for what you need, for the rest of your life. Whether you stay with us or ever work with someone else, that knowledge is yours to keep.

And while that work happens, we carry the logistics so you don’t have to. Scheduling, follow-up timing, keeping your protocol on track — we handle it in the background, around your work and your family, so you can put your energy where it belongs: into getting well. When you’re with us, you’re cared for like one of our own.

How this works: Our programs are flat-fee, structured care options that include your specialist visits and ongoing support. They are not health insurance — you should keep separate coverage for emergencies and primary care. We do not bill insurance for visits. You may use your insurance for labs as you normally would.
Labs are not included in any program or visit fees. You may use your insurance for labs as usual, or we can help you access discounted cash-pay panels if you are uninsured.
How We Walk Through It Together

Three ways to begin — built around where you are right now.

Whether you want to start with a single conversation or step into a full year of supported care, there’s a path that fits. Here’s how each one works, in plain numbers.

Which Option Is Right For Me?

Choose Pay Per Visit if… You want a one-time specialist evaluation, prefer managing follow-up on your own schedule, or are not yet ready for an ongoing program.
Choose the Optimization Program if… You’re ready to commit to the year it takes to feel like yourself again — and you want someone who knows your case, manages the details, and walks it with you.
The Maintenance Program is for… Patients already optimized in our care whose levels are clinically stable. Eligibility is determined by Dr. Liqaa — not by patient request.
Option 1

Pay Per Visit

$725 / 90-min intake
For patients who prefer flexibility with no ongoing commitment.
Who this is for: Patients seeking a one-time specialist evaluation, those with a focused concern, or those who prefer to manage their own follow-up schedule.
Visit Rates
New Patient Intake — 90 min Full history, prior records, lab review, and a written treatment plan. This is a one-time visit fee — not a monthly charge.
$725
New Patient Intake — 60 min For patients with recent labs and a focused concern
$495
Follow-Up Visit — 60 min Lab review, treatment adjustment, optimization
$425
Follow-Up Visit — 30 min Focused visit for stable patients
$250
Extended 90-minute follow-ups and other visit lengths are available for complex cases.
Labs, imaging, and medications are billed separately. You may use your insurance for labs.
If you anticipate needing multiple visits and close follow-up, a structured program may be more cost-effective than paying per visit.
